Placed my orders TWICE! Keep closing my orders and charged my agent fees! Should keep away from this apps... BEWARE if you placed order thinking that it went through and even got reply from seller order confirmed but next day seller reply that was closed?! Checked with Bank, transaction approved and went through and on top of the purchase price there is 1% agent fees being charged. So it AliExpress refund they will not refund this 1% -- isn't this not the right way of doing Business. You closed my order not because I didn't pay? So why charge agent fee which is not my fault!
This company had HORRIBLE service. My order was in their system for over 2 months and I did not get it in time for the event I needed it for. They told me multiple times it would be shipped in 3-5 days and it would be shipped express shipping and it was shipped 3 weeks after that without express shipping. I'm running a small business and buy lots os parts from ALIEXPRESS for several years, LOTS are good, but One order I payed and got NOTHING.

After a week i didn't see the item she now reply that she only got peach colour i said ok no respond after a while, then i went online to check tracking it says received and signed for. AliExpress is a rip-off. Period. This is my experience: I am a sucker for high tech gadgets. I spend a good bit of money on my toys. Lately I've been collecting higher end lasers and powerful laser pointers. They are great fun (don't point the at planes!). Anyway, so I buy what is advertised as a 500mW, multi diode, red and blue high power laser pointer. The cost is $169.70 with shipping to USA. When the unit arrived it was packed just in a thin plastic bag. The item was actually dirty and clearly not new. The thing worked a little. Only the red laser came on. The blue was dim, barely visible. When I measured the device on a laser power meter (two different LPMs actually) it clearly showed only 150mw, not 500mw. So I requested a refund. The seller said no. I filed a dispute and took the time to upload a ton of video evidence which clearly showed what I was saying was true. At first they said I could return it for refund, but when I asked for the return address they gave me the run around for another week and then finally told me to go find a local repair shop and then send in the bill for the repairs?!?... are you f#%ing kidding me?!?!?!?... to top it all off, I can't even complain or post a review about the seller as they have removed the option from my account. I am done with AliExpress for good! They completely suck. There are plenty of alternatives in the market where I don't get treated like I am the bad guy!

I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
