Работаю с Али с 2012 г. Явно заметно улучшение сервиса в лучшую сторону. Очень понравились введённые недавно графики отслеживания цены.
Алиэкспрессу осталось поработать над переводом на русский язык. И со сроками доставки покупок пока всё-таки слабовато.

I have made over 450 purchases on Aliexpress, good sent to New Zealand. Occasionally. Product doesn't meet the standards but ALiexpress always steps in and approves any claims for either a partial refund for something that doesn't do everything promised or occasionally a full refund without having to send anything back - that's why I continue to do business and get great prices.
