New HC was put in two thin plastic bags without additional protective material like bubble wrap. Fortunately, it made it through without incident. With this kind of packing that seller used, it may very well have arrived with stubbed corners, crushed spine ends, or sharp board dents. Also, it took seventeen days for the book to arrive from the date of ordering. Other that that, okay.
I updated to my new credit card but couldn't complete the purchase without going to pay-pal. Your software told me to put something in my cart...which it correctly showed that I already had done.
