This is my first time ordering from Alibris and in my opinion you appear to be an honest company that conducts business in a profession way. Not overly greedy, deceptive or "in you face" as many on line businesses are.
I got the book I ordered (The Mezzanine, by Nicholson Baker - brilliant book, btw) very, very quickly. It was in pristine condition, exactly as described by seller, and safely packaged (pretty much recyclable materials). Excellent experience.

I choose Alibris above all other vendors. They deliver very quickly and the products are as described.
The title said DVD. In the small print under item description which I did not see until after it arrived, it said VHS. So now I paid to ship it there and back and I'm not actually holding out a lot of hope I will ever get any of the purchase price refunded. The seller never responded.
The book was in perfect shape, like new. It arrived early which was great for me.
