I bought a book, and received a message that the book had been cancelled. I didn't receive a message about a refund. Also, I found the website difficult to negotiate. I had to change my password three times to get into the site.
I have always been able to find an older book that is hard to find elsewhere at your site.

Seem like if someone is ordering two CDs at the same time that they could go in the same mailing envelope and it could cost less than $10.00 to ship.
