My book arrived quickly and exactly as described. I will use Alibris again.

Searched for Michel Houellebecq's book Annihilation at several other book sellers, but only Alibris listed the book as available.

It said if I signed up for texts it would give me a $5.00 discount, but it did not give me the discount

Would be nice if you could expand your free shipping program. Shipping is usually about 40% of the cost of my orders. The prices are still good, but could maybe find a way to get a bit better.

This is my second time using Alibris to purchase books and I'm satisfied. The website and ordering process is convenient and pricing is good. One of the sellers I bought a textbook from sent the incorrect book but i was promptly refunded and told to keep the book. It's unfortunate that it happened and I felt the need to look elsewhere to be sure I received the correct book on time. Otherwise, I've been happy with Alibris offerings.

I purchased from a seller from my state who claimed they shipped on 10/14. My book was delivered on 10/31. If the seller's location is 40 minutes away, I have a hard time believing they shipped as reported even via media mail. Same book was available on Amazon with guaranteed delivery.

Book was split at the spine. Damage was not noted. Book split in two.

I typed in alibris while looking for a used book, Plato: Complete Works. The first search result require that I sign up for their marketing. I already get way too much of that. Alibris also asked to market to me. However, my data is not a requirement to purchase. It will be interesting to see what kind of shape the book is in as well as finding out if my email will have another message to try to weed out.

I like using Alibris for many different books but t find they are particularly good with books that can be harder to find. The availability and prices have to be considered whenever I am looking for books.

Defund Bezos! Shop local, or shop secondhand <3 I've never had a bad experience buying books through Alibris and I will always buy here when I can't find what I'm looking for at my local used bookshop

I did an internet search for the book I needed and Alibris popped up with a reasonable price, and a few minutes later I had bought it and it was on its way.

Bought two Bibles one for me and one for my friend. These were for a class we were taking together. Both were slightly used, but in good shape. We are enjoying them very much.

I ordered from them there was no update on tracking number after 15 days. I sent an email they followed up quickly and resolved the issue right away. They didn't believe the package had shipped and issued a refund. I received the book a few days later. I emailed them back asked the to change me again for the book, they could not. I wish I could have supported them for the book.
