No problems. It would be helpful if this form reminded me of what I ordered, because I also order books through other platforms, and it's been quite a while for me to remember what I ordered through yours.

I love how cheap they sell their books, even by how much quality the books have.

I have found some great books and the shipping times were great. I just wish there was a better way to find books with lower shipping fees. I paid $25 for maybe 6 books but the shipping was $45.

The book was as described and delivery went well. The price was very reasonable as well

The book I received recently was used and like all the others I have ordered from Alibris, was shipped fast and in excellent condition.

Paperback was received in expected condition (good used). Took several days, but that's USPS.

The vendor said my product shipped and I got an email stating as such, but all they did was put the order number into the shipping field. In reality, my order had not shipped. When I contacted the vendor they kept saying it would ship and then gave excuses. When it finally did "ship" - they gave me the USPS tracking number but the item didn't reach USPS hands for another 4 days. In total, I made the order on 10/20 and received the book on 11/12. Honestly, if they had just said "your order has been delayed" that would have been better, but they lied to me and stated the order shipped the day after I placed the order. Your vendor has some shady practices.

All as promised. Good prices; free shipping; many options (large print, etc.).

Placing an order was quick and easy,and if you have any problem you can get help right away with placing your order.

Always great and easy to get books through Alibris have used the site for many years and tirned my husband on to it

I never expected to find this out of print book so easily and for a reasonable price. Great shopping experience. Easy to navigate website.
