Only suggestion is packaging: the root children book was in bubble envelope and delivered to mailbox. It got slightly dinged, but still in good enough shape to give a toddler who will do far worse the first week of handling.

I love the large selection of books and items to choose from.

I placed my order and quickly received an email saying my order had shipped. The email gave me a tracking number. When I went to check it a few days later that tracking number was invalid. The number was a UPS tracking number. Then I went to the website and it had a different tracking number through 17track. The 17track number was also invalid. I sent an email asking for an accurate tracking number and let them know I felt like I was being scammed at this point. The reviews for this website really scared me when I read them (too late I know.) After my email, I received a response with an accurate tracking number and the book arrived. There were no issues with the book itself. Had they given me the correct information initially they would have had 5 stars all the way across.

The used book I ordered came in good time and exceeded my expectations with how good of a shape it was in.

Easy form to order. Shipping price are higher than expected. There aren't coupons or discounts associated with this order and most of my order was used books. It would have been nice to have free shipping with a purchase over $100. Can't wait to receive my order none the less.
