Shopping and delivery was no problem, it came quickly as possible. However, I ordered two different items, which I thought would arrive at the same time, but, each item was delivered separately. I ordered "The Simpsons" season 9 and season 7. Season 9 came first and there was no problem with that. However, season 7 came a week later and two of the disk couldn't play. I quickly emailed the problem and customer service was really happy to replace the product, which I'm really happy for. I'm glad they fixed the problem quickly.
