User friendly - easy checkout fair prices Merry Christmas!

The description said that it was a blu ray disc. But when I received it, it was a regular disc. It also had more scratches on it than the description said.

I bought a knitting magazine. It was under 2 dollars, paid 5 dollar shipping. It took a week and some change to get here. Not too bad could be better, really nice quality though

As long as Alibris utilizes the seller that provided this book, I will NEVER purchase from Alibris again. Seller was absolutely absent with communication and timeliness of shipping. Alibris was able to make it right, though my experience is tainted to the point I will not be doing business again with them.

It was very easy to find the book I was interested. The problem I experienced was that I could not establish an account.

Wasted a lot of time trying to set up an account from the git go. It would have been nice to have the option to register at the outset as most site do. But I did get it done. I did get the books to order for my grandson. And the world didn't come to an end because your site UI wasted my time.

The book that I ordered arrived promptly and in good condition--considering it was previously owned.

I really appreciate the outstanding Customer Service I received. The Postal Service damaged the edges of the book. I reported it to the Vendor and they were kind enough to refund the cost of the book. Outstanding! I didn't ask for that, I just wanted them to know that it arrived in rough shape. I will definitely purchase from them again!

Good service, BUT when you offered to save me money by switching to an alternate seller, that option also removed my "get it by Christmas" option. I'm glad I realized that before actually ordering!
