I purchased an electronic book and I have never been able to access it. A representative from Alibris said it was a temporary purchase and I sent her proof that said it was a purchase and not temporary and she said I needed to go to another dept.

I bought City of Quartz once again because I lent out my copy. It is a classic book of Los Angeles by one of its formost historian's Mike Davis. I received it quickly. It is a very nice copy … i may lend it out again. Knowledge should be shared!

I didnt like that at check-out the shopping cart gives an estimated shipping cost until after you have entered your credit card information. In my case, it reflected a cost that would have been paying the shipping cost twice. It was almost enough to make me cancel my order, but i am on a deadline to get one of the books. So I continued through enetering my credit card and then the price reflected the true shipping cost, but on a day I was feeling less patience I would not have completed my order because of this confusion. Also, I hate that I can only submit this feedback under the condition that it can be published publicly. That is an invasion of my privacy and also limits my feedback because I can't give the feedback otherwise. I find that infuriating. Like the only thing you value in customer feedback is a google review. If there is a check box to agree, but you can't move foward in submitting without the checkbox being checked, that isn't voluntary consent.
