The question, "Did you receive your order?" Leads you to a long survey. That's annoying. They keep emailing you if don't respond.

This book was in great shape! Definitely recommend! Plus keeping extra out of the landfill makes my heart happy!

I signed up for the $5 code and then was unable to use it because my order was under $50. This was misleading and now I'm frustrated at the company.

John for Murray's Book Exchange was an absolute gem! Reached out to me as there were highlights in the book that were not detailed in the book description upon purchase. He offered to cancel the order and sell it to me again for a more reasonable price, as it was not in the condition advertised. So kind! Love these kinds of shops.

I ordered from Alibris rather than Amazon because Alibris said the book would come in 6-12 days. I needed the book under a fairly tight deadline (14 days), so I figured I would be safe with the order. Amazon promised the book in 10-14 days, but I chose Alibris, which was a mistake. It took 21 days to receive the book, which meant I couldn't use it for the intended purpose. There was no communication to alert me to the lengthy transit time, and no way to track the order, nor could I get in touch with Alibris (no customer service number to call). And their website said that "most books arrive in 30 days", and they wouldn't start tracking it until that time period had passed. I should have gone with Amazon, and will not use Alibris again.
