The book I ordered took 3.5 weeks to arrive here in Europe from the US

Our library uses Alibris when we are looking for a hard-to-find book and have had good luck finding used items in good condition at reasonable prices.

My answer is short: I absolutely love Alibris. They have taken over as my first source for books. You can't beat their cost, availablity, and customer satisfaction!

I ordered 3 books. One that was rated as very good arrived in very poor condition. The seller did give me a refund, but the fact that the rating was inaccurate made my first shopping experience disappointing.

Terrific ordering process - very easy and understandable. Also great prices!

One of the DVDs I ordered turned out to be a VHS, which I cannot use. It perhaps should be more clearly stated in the check out. Thank you

Book was overall OK but not satisfactory since there was a remainder mark which wasn't mentioned in the description.

I believed I was ordering an actual textbook, but instead I received an ebook. I already had access to an ebook through the university, and I want to have an actual test book to be able to highlight and have in the future. Completely disappointed in this. I will be returning this ebook.

This book was in brand new condition and still wrapped in plastic. It was exactly what I wanted and cost half the price it did when it was brand new. However, if you're anything like me, I am sick to death of constantly filling out these #*^#$ surveys.
