When you ship a box of books. And you send one book that is not what I ordered instead of what I did order do not tell me that my order has arrived when I report the error to you. That is just plain wrong g, and your mistake. I have had to reorder the book.

When I clicked on my cart with 1 item in it - it did not show what item was in my cart - just the price tax and shipping. I had to go back to google to see the price and then go back to the Alibris page to put in my card info. I just about did not order this book.
