Quick because there are very few key strokes and a clear classification of book condition
I live in Canada but ship to a US address. When Alibris does a refund like you just did due to an advertised book not being available, we lose in the exchange process.
Our orders are shipped to Sumas Washington. Our organization has a Washington State Reseller Permit which exempts us from paying Washington State tax. It would be great if we could register this with Alibris.
I ordered 3 books from Alibris and each book was going to be shipped from a different address. The notice did not indicate which company did not have the copy that I ordered from. That would be helpful going forward.
