Good experience overall. At first I didn't understand the thing about the truck icon--that only certain books count when qualifying for free shipping and savings--that's kind of a pain--but otherwise good.

There were issues with the shipping information. There was no opportunity to change from standard to expedited and get the correct cost added in. The site stated that the standard, untracked shipping was $7.99. I tried to change it to the expedited shipping to see the price but it gave me the same amount, so I just ordered it but do not know if that is, in fact, the shipping option I received.

Alibris is my go to source for books and music. Always very satisfied.

Easily found a book I was missing in my collection! Reasonable price. Love having alibris to search for books no longer in print.

Regret I was unable to find "the Book" in hardcover.

I got 3 used books with shipping cheaper than I would have been able to buy 1 used book without shipping on amazon as an amazon prime member!

Fine. But I was told I had a credit for a book not rec'd in my last order. Didn't see it when I did this order. Would it have expired?

I would like to be able to see more then one picture of the item I'm buying, witch you don't seem to offer customers. And I couldn't change the shipping charge on one order even though the seller said I could pick my shipping charge. Otherwise I liked my shopping experience.

It was simple and only took a few minutes to place my order.

Very easy to navigate. I look forward to receiving my books.

I had the same books picked out on Amazon for $140! I came here and saved $50! Thank you for helping this poor starving college student!

Absolutely terrible customer response. Zero response after several emails of being ignored. False advertisements, random cancellations of my order, overall very disappointed after having to pay extra to re gain my books that were cancelled abruptly.

Checking out had it problems... had to keep filling out the same thing over and over.

Ordering was very smooth and simple. The payment was quick and efficient.

Always an excellent selection of used titles at great prices.

Good supply! Generally, not happy with slow shipping - order turnaround can take months.

Always my first choice for hard-to-find and out of print titles.
