Good experience with Alibris including an easy order procedure and fast shipping all at a reasonable price. Being familar with Charlie Mack's expertise with Lesney-Matchbox toy vehicles, I find this particular reference book to meet all my needs concerning Matchbox Regular Wheel releases.

Thank you for making it easy to make a purchase. I tried to order these books on another site and they make you create an account as well as saving your credit card info. All I wanted to do was make a quick, one time purchase and they made it a twenty min ordeal. I appreciate the ease of ordering through you. Now let's just see if the books arrived as promised in the conditions stated, but so far I'll give you five stars. (The order arrived, see above)

I'm not sure why I'm having a hard time placing the order now. It seems like there's a limit amount to order using the company's credit card. It was not like that from previous years and it's very frustrating. I had to make 4 separate orders which can be just 1.

I didn't realize the free shipping kicked in till you click checkout. So I kept altering my order trying to lose the shipping. Finally figured it out.

Fine. I wish I could learn about shipping costs. For example I ordered 4 books from 1 vendor, and 7 books from another vendor. Would that NOT result in some shipping discount?

User friendly easily navigated website. A seller profile would be helpful

I had problems as the website did not allow me to check out. I was first (over the weekend) told basically "stand by." That wasted several days and a discount. I emailed again (on Monday) and was at that time helpfully told to try another browser... at 4 am today, again missing out on a valuable day and another discount. I am trying to get the books in advance of a birthday on Feb. 28. That now seems unlikely, although I have expedited one of the books I ordered. The second one could not be expedited, so fingers crossed. Anyway, that is my sad tale. But I am very glad to have finally been able to place the order.
