I found what I was looking for at a good price, website is easy to navigate.

The process was fairly smooth. I think a word or two in the checkout form could be more clear.

Didn't really update me on shipping status that much on my last order.

Name of translator for books that aren't of English origin should be easier to find.

I LOVE Alibris, and have been ordering from you for several years, and referring lots of friends. It just took soooo long this time because none of the books that had the free shipping icons went into my cart! Every time I tried to check out the little truck had disappeared.
Just review my wish list. It's a frustrating, and tedious glitch in your system, which needs to be fixed, as it could easily be construed as a dishonest business practice.
The books that I was eventually able to order were fourth, even fifth choices.

Unfortunately, I did not find anything useful on this site, the films are all old, which can be found on the internet anyway, any on-line cinema now provides a large film library

I have had good success in finding the books I was looking for, and all have been in good condition, and shipped in a timely manner.

Considering the current delays with the postal service, Shipping should be BOOK RATE/Media Mail not regular 3-5 day post for exhorbirant price! I will in future purchase books on Ebay where they ship books using book rate

Glad you had what I needed. It is hard to tell if the same book, same description, same seller, different prices are in the same condition. The order just needed more consolidation.
