I understand paying shipping twice for 2 books from different sellers but your shipping fee page shows 4.99 for 1 book and 3.49 each additional.Your system charged 4.99 each and only contact is thru email. I reluctantly paid it because I need the books and couldn't get a live answer. Feels deceitful.It's a petty amount but not for a company selling the amount of books a distributer does. It adds up.

It was very easy, very clear directions, rapid processing.
I understand it's harder to protect paperbacks but I paid for a new version because I wanted it pristine. Shipping was fast and overall the book was in good condition but the spine was damaged with folds and bends having been shipped in an envelope. Will order again though, overall am pleased but just wish more care was put into protecting the book.
