I would give my experience five stars except for the long delay in receiving one of the books. I purchased two identical books that were sourced by two different suppliers. I paid roughly the same for each. The first book arrived within days, but the second took several weeks. The discrepancy is perplexing. I understand there are differences in supplier processes, but alibris needs to understand that as a buyer, I am purchasing from one entity. Perhaps alibris can gain consistency by working with its providers.

I ordered several DVDs from Alibris on June 23,2025. All reached me in my own country within two weeks, which is the fastest turnaround time in the many years I have ordered from Alibris. All appear to be physically in good shape. I have not had time to play them all, but they appear to be undamaged.
