Muy buena, proceso muy rápido la transacción

Verynice i have been wanting this book for a while since i found out that my former dr patrick b mullen and my dearest friend wrote this book. He had a stroke and i feel with this book if he was to leave this earth i would have something of his that i got from your store.

I was shopping without signing in, once I signed in I could not access that shopping cart with two books in it, nor could I find the same books on your site. I want to be able to shop, fill a cart and then sign in. Please fix this. I love shopping here when I NEED books. I still have to get 25 more for school! I am satisfied with what i was able to order, i am just upset I lost 2 of the books I need at a price I could afford

I just found Alibris and I absolutely love it! It is so hard to find decent priced books especially if your a c0llege student and need to save a lot of money. Thank you and I am so excited to get my books!

Alibris is to used books what Air BnB is to rooms for rent. Because of this, they are one part of a much bigger landscape. When you buy a book through them, the book is actually shipped by an independent seller. In my case, their website is outdated and poorly designed. If you want to ship books to a friend as a gift as I did, the site automatically changes your default address to the last one you used, a fact I discovered when I went to order books for myself only to see that they had been shipped to the gift address I had last used. When I went to their site to contact them about this illogical aspect of their site and to ask for a refund, it was clear that this problem was a regular occurrence because one of the drop down menu items is, "Shipped to wrong address." Even though they know this is an issue, they refuse to take responsibility for it or to change it. In my case, I asked for a refund or credit but was given a copy-and-paste unhelpful response instead.

As with so many businesses that have a corner on their market, there is very little pressure to innovate or stay current. If you have other options to buy used books, or start your own site, I would buy them elsewhere. Alibris cares neither for your time or, apparently, my business.

I always shop Alibris first. Great prices and I always find what I am looking for.

So far good. Wish you had the other CD I wanted for a lower price than $35.

Happy to see free shipping, but didn't know that before I was almost done ordering. I might have ordered another book had I known sooner. Maybe next time.

So far, so good. Quick response to inquiries, easy to use website. I won't give a five star until I get the book. After all, it's only theory until the finish line is reached.

Nice and easy to use except for the final check of getting the item with the shipping and tracking information was a small print

Tried to see expected delivery date... I saw no reference as to I can expect to receive the book. I would have paid extra to speed up shipping.

Most shipments are promptly received. The last order I'm still waiting for it to leave WA. The order was placed 6/25. I am very disappointed in the handling of that order.

Every time I went to the checkout one of the books I had put in my cart was missing

Nice buying options for each title. Also like the suggestions for savings in the cart.

I would like to see the shipping cost listed next to the book cost when looking for books.
