I ordered this book previously, about 10 days ago. For some reason, which was not shared with me, the order was cancelled. If you are selling a book that you do not have available, and if this occurs regularly, shame on you for wasting the time of both your potential customers and yourselves. If you do cancel an order, courtesy suggests you might provide a reason and an apology. And if you find a book has been accidentally listed, though no longer available, it would make sense to save yourselves further time and embarrassment by having a process in place to rapidly delist the book.
