I found the book I wanted but in order to get good customer service, you require that my information be published on public websites. This sounds like a bait-and-switch to me. You should offer good customer followup because you care about your customers; not because you are trying to get people to support you on social media.
I am so tired I really can't think. Have FINALLY placed my order. Many difficulties with your ordering. E.g. I could not get it to change my shipping address-which totally needed changing! Until I proceeded with my order in the hope it wd. Let me change shipping address eventually. It totally deleted my selections as it forced me to submit as a returning user; however, I had no password - and it dumped all my selections as I pursued resetting my password. Twice... It just wasn't that order-friendly, I did not think.
There was some confusion about what was in my cart. I had to re submit my order. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Answer: I saw the fake stellar reviews and did not dig deeper. I til... I had an issue. Initially, I wanted to give a small seller some business after COVID and the site looked really good. What a big mistake that was! Shame on this outfit.
