Excellent price for the book, and simple, efficient ordering process. I will use Alibris again.

Alibis is a great platform. The issues that reoccur are price discrepancies. When a book is listed in Canadian dollars and I add to cart, the price propagates ate 2-3 times the listed price (still in Canadian dollars).
The other is the shipping price. It remains the same even when the book is a small, thin book. Perhaps graded shipping would work better.

Alibris is my court of last resource and you never fail me. Love this level of reliability!

Alibris customer service is exceptional. I had a prolonged bad experience with one of the sellers and Alibris took the high road and refunded the full price of the expensive order.

Couldn't shop as a guest. Was forced to set a new password then somehow got sent to other site. A pain in the $#*!.

Your log in process is glitchy and frustrating. Apparently I had an old account. When I tried to reset the password it sent me in a verification loop (stupid, fuzzy, "I am not a robot" pictures) that made me want to throw my phone. Someplace in your system is a cart with my name on it - that I couldn't get back to - that has two copies of a book I needed. Thanks, guys.
