I am upset that you automaticlly use the last shipping address rather than my billing address as a default. I just realized my last order may have gone to incorrect address. Also, I am now being charged for shippng because you were suddenly out of a book that was part of a larger earlier order that did qualify for shipping.

Alibis is a great platform. The issues that reoccur are price discrepancies. When a book is listed in Canadian dollars and I add to cart, the price propagates ate 2-3 times the listed price (still in Canadian dollars).
The other is the shipping price. It remains the same even when the book is a small, thin book. Perhaps graded shipping would work better.
Alibris is my court of last resource and you never fail me. Love this level of reliability!
