I had a message for $20 off or free shipping but when I placed my order nothing was taken off

I was wanting a cupon. Going to "I am human" put me in a loop. That took me to one more step while they were checking my browser. After two "check the boxes with airplanes" and three "check the boxes with trucks. I gave up.

The only thing is that the shipment arrival is long estimated at least 30 days!

It is annoying to have to keep clicking on "more details" to find the shipping cost for an item. This should be automatically added to the item cost so I can immediately see the real cost of the item.

They need to post shipping charges

Textbook shopping is a bit difficult since it can be tough to tell what edition each copy listed it. The prices are great though.

Using Safari, you did not recognize my password and then never sent me a change password. So, I used Firefox instead and you recognized my password, but did not offer the cart optimizer. It was a long process to add the books I originally had in my cart when I used Safari, since I could not copy them to Firefox. And in the process I forgot to add Noah Feldman's The Three Loves of James Madison. All in all a very frustrating and time consuming experience, which should not have been necessary, if your website worked properly, was more user friendly, and offered someone to talk to. Finally, your shipping cost is a dollar more than other websites.

UGH. I am paying for sales tas and I should not. 2. I started to enter in books I wanted and came back and my shopping cart was empty. 3. It took me forever to figure out how to change my billing address. This was very frustrating

Competitive prices. Alternative to Marxist Amazon.

I accidently put the wrong address in the payment line and now it's permamently there. I was able to add the right address for billing but unable to remove the wrong one.

For the most part I find every book I need for school or certification programs and I love it! Most of them are not even 1/2 price they are less!

If you love real, actual books then you will love Alibris.

Very easy to join! Hope ice cream recipes are great! Do you need an ic3 cream maker or can you use zip loc bags?
