When I got to Checkout I saw shipping was $4.999. I can't claim I made a mistake but I am disappointed that the shipping was $1 more tyhan I saw at dealoz.

I have never had any problems with receiving my books & I have sent several books to family members as gifts which they have received the books in a timely manner.

I'm purchasing the book "Midnight in Washington" as a Christmas present. I'm paying for the book; however, sending to a friend. The process was easy.

Very smooth. Great to have so many choices in one place and additionally have multiple choices for each item to bring the cost down.

The shopping process was simple and straight forward.

You found the product I was shopping for, led me right to it and I was able to purchase it and a similar product within 5 minutes. I can't ask for anything better than that. Thank you very much.

For some reason, this morning a few older Christian songs and artists came to mind. I then went to my usual SmileAmazon (Check out "Smile" Amazon because a lot of sellers will give a portion of your purchases to a charity of YOUR choice at no extra cost) and found The Winans "Return" and Russ Taft "The Way Home" - the Russ Taft CD was 45.00! Way out of my budget so I found THIS SITE and saved huge! I was able to find both CD's here and the total was less than 28.00, including shipping and tax. I never knew about this site until a few minutes ago and THIS will now be my "go to" source for music. I'm very happy!

It would be great if you could add a "Look Inside" feature so I can at least read table of contents. I had to toggle between Amazon and Alibris to choose my books.

I got an email with the header "Save $15 plus free shipping!" The alibris site showed three tiers of discounts, which was fine -- I was in the middle tier and saved $8 -- but where was the free shipping? I spent almost $17 to ship books I paid $58 for. Don't sent out emails with offers you're not going to honor (or offers that are not clear about how you qualify for them).

I've had an issue with dealers who don't seem to track their shipments. This has only been a problem this year

There were problems checking out. I left my cart and signed out and when I signed back in a few hours later, everything worked as expected.

Format was a little difficult to know the description to which book.

General clarity and ease of navigation — will wait until product is in hand for definitive review of this trip.

Easy to find books... or not. Always able to check it out quickly and easily.
