Nearly excellent; Customer Service is outstanding, online usage is easily done and whole procedure is customer/reader friendly. Disappointed however, that only 2 of my 3 purchases (gifts) was delivered, so procedure had to be re-done. Nonetheless, a solid book-buying experience.
