I changed credit cards from Master Card to Visa but your system kept showing the Master Card info... very confusing system to say the least. I had several problems and had to email you about them. I got directions 24 hours later but no explaination about about how to avoid the problem again with the coupons, etc. (if I choose to order from you again... I think your multiple shipping charges are outrageous compared to you competitions free shipping claims. Anyway, we'll see if I order again. In the meantime please remove my other credit card (the Master Card) from your system. Thanks.

I found a book, not available on Amazon, and used a coupon.
The order details do not show which address or where the order is sent. Why not? That's part of the order that would be helpful. Also, when sending each order, the site defaults to some random address from a previous order, instead of my home address, and that is not helpful.
