I love you guys. You always seem to have what I want, no matter how obscure.

alibris.com is a user friendly, intuitive site for book shopping.

Your site allowed me to sort to get to the sellers of the specific item I was looking for without having to search through ALL the sellers who were selling the specific book title and type I was looking for.

The workbooks and CD-Rom were in unused condition. Unfortunately, the CD-Rom seems to be a copy of the textbook, not extra learning material. I must have misunderstood the description. I have the textbooks, so the CD-Rom useless to me. I've opened it, so I guess I can't return it.

Finding the books was simple and check out was easy and quick.

Difficult to use more two payment methods, each with a different Billing Address.

Why can't I go to something like "Manage Payment Methods?

Great prices & awesome selection of books. I found all that I was looking for and for much less!

I was very pleased with my first experience. The packing was really above and beyond and the delivery time was short.

Quick selection made easy- good prices, usually shipped fairly quickly

I first learned about Alibris several years ago when an indie bookstore in my neighborhood posted a notice advertising Alibris. I've been using Alibris ever since because of their prices and service. I also like supporting indie bookstores.

They asked for more information than a website normally does.

The selections are good and prices are good BUT the availability of free shipping items with the truck lable is not user friendly. You don't know until checkout what has a truck sign. It takes too long to find one

Seller provided an excellent copy of this fairly rare book at a very low price - what more can one ask?

The book was available at the best price so I bought it and received it. It's sad that such a simple process needs congratulations when done right, because of how consistent bad experiences are in general, but it is what it is.

It is very easy to find the right book at a fair price. I highly recommend.

I love finding different books, movies and music on this site. It is well organized and simple to use.

You had both books that I've been trying to locate. Shopping cart could use some work. I was trying to purchase from the same store to keep shipping charges down. And I had to go back and forth to verify that. Thanks
