I put two $6 books in my cart. When I tried to check out, my password no longer worked. When I reset my password and signed in, my cart was empty. When I tried to order the books again, they were gone. Now those 2 books just cost me over $40.

Coupon codes are somewhat deceptive since they change from one purchase amount to another. Coupon code "Trick" is appropriately named. Buyer should only have to enter a code and as the purchase total increases, the discount should be adjusted accordingly.

I had to TWICE uncheck the box that said I wanted to receive marketing emails. That's very sneaky. You shouldn't ask it more than once, or default to "yes" after a person has already de-selected that option.
