The shopping experience I had was amazing! I had searched for a Benjamin Banneker book for years and was unable to find one in print. Also, the offer for a $300 yearly coupon was too good to pass up.
Tried to reset my password, they sent a non-working hyperlink. Had to use a different email address.
List of books gives lower prices than actual offer. For instance, it will say, "See all for $2.00" but when you click on it, the lowest price will be more.
Also annoying that I have to keep unchecking the box offering newsletters and coupons. Every new page comes up with the box checked.
