Weird, annoying thing where the website found a cheaper copy of a book, but then it was deleted from my cart when I went to pay. I wasn't clearly notified and the order screen simply reset to the CC entry. I only noticed the book was gone because the order total changed. I had to back out of the order screen to add the original copy back, but it had increase $3 in the 5-minutes I was ordering. And during this process I had to enter my CC number 3 times, so a bit annoying.

I have an account but every time I tried to sign in I got the message that my email address was wrong. I tried to check out as a guest but got the message that the email address I entered was associated with an account. I'd try to sign in again using the exact same email address and still got the message that it was the wrong address!

I found the site easy to navigate and a great selection to pick from.

Awesome experience shopping on this website it wont bring the bank. Read carefully edition in smaller print watch for that.

One of the fastest transactions I have encountered

Shipping is way more than what I'd expect for media mail, and it was hard to find the button to view my cart.

It would have been nice if I didn't have to spend $50 for your welcome coupon to work.

I am happy I could get a coupon for my book. It is a hard one to find so it is good that Alibris could have made it accessible.

All is well except that I signed up for the $5 off for signing up and it doesn't show on my bill.

You offer a wide variety of good, hard-to-find books and movies, and it's important for people to support NON-Amazon companies. Unfortunately, your website is very problematic. It has constant glitches causing items in the shopping cart to be deleted, and it makes it very difficult to add items to an existing shopping cart. If you want to continue shopping, you must select that option immediately on the first screen, because if you view the cart first, there's no easy way to continue shopping. There needs to be "Continue Shopping" options on every page, including the checkout page. I would have gladly ordered more books, but there was no easy way to do that without jeopardizing the items already in the cart, so I just checked out. Also, if you have more than one tab open for the website, it shows zero items in your shopping cart on the other tabs, making it difficult to use. When the website is more user friendly, I will be happy to purchase products from you.

Excellent, most economical, efficient, customer friendly, with a Huge assortment of books.

Since i had not signed in yet, my cart was erased about an hour after I put in my last book. Please keep the cart active a little longer.

Once I signed into my account, the buying options of 2 cd's were more limited
