I signed up for a $5 off coupon and the coupon was not sent. I placed my order without receiving the benefit of the coupon. Also, I find it ridiculous that 3 of my books came from the same location and yet the shipping was still over $11. Shipping should change according to the size order that is coming from one location, especially since shipping is so low on books. I feel that the current setup is somewhat of a scam for your customers.
So far it is ok. Need so see the condition of the book is and how long it takes to get here.

I had 3 books in my cart and there was a server error and I never found those books again. I went back to your website multiple times today to find the books I had put in my cart but they did not show up.

Finding the books is no problem but the ability to use coupons stink. Too many rules making it very difficult to take advantage of them. It should be 5% or 10% across the board. No stipulations
