Disappointed that lightweight items like DVDs, intentionally purchased from the same vendor, merit repeat charging of the same shipping fee... seven items ordered, seven fees charged.
Why did the $78 copy of a book fail to show up when trying to use the $10 coupon? Only the $95 copy would show as available. NO, the $78 copy was NOT sold, because I went back & purchased it later. The coupons are not really a discount!
A special Request block to ask the bookseller to ship the two volumes in the same package would be nice.
