You are a bit redundant on requests for information. Take lessons from eBay -- Please. I almost stopped order as you asked for unnecessary "stuff".
When I tried to purchase the books it asked me to sign in. I tried but had to ask to reset my password, then I finished resetting the password and lost all my books that took me 20 minutes to find.
Then I had to remember what I put in the search box to try to find all the same ones...
First time ordering and so far so good. Look forward to getting the book.
