However, way too much for the Shipping charge. I've noticed you have a deal for purchases over a certain amount. I would be more inclined to use Alibris MUCH MORE OFTEN if the shipping charges were more reasonable. For instance, if I buy let's say a Blu-ray movie, that will be shipped USPS Media, I know that charge would be about $1.00 or so. You charge $3.99 shipping for that item. I am that guy who will stop and look elsewhere for reduced shipping charges. And seeing that I spend an average of $200.00 a month on Blu-ray Discs, that reduced cost makes my purchase MUCH more cost effective. EBAY gets most of my money because shipping costs are more closely monitored by the sellers, and shipping costs are tallied based on product weight rather than a "average amount"... Look You want More of My Money, Re-evaluate your formula for shipping and I will PROMISE to make Alibris my FIRST STOP in shopping... Thank You!

I was very disappointed in the lack of a return policy, I thought I ordered 3 cd's but received a cd, a record and a cassette. After sending the unwanted formats back per the return instructions I was was informed that they would not be accepted and will be destroyed upon receipt. I lost the cost of the media and the return shipping, not a great experience.

Changing my password was a nightmare. After I did finally get the e-mail after 5 requests, it reset it but then I had to search back thru many screens to find the 10 books I previously had in my cart!
