The shipping charge for the book I ordered today is $3.99. However, when I was considering placing the order, the "estimated shipping charge" was $14.99! It wasn't until I exchanged three emails with your excellent client service representative, Sumo Murmu, that I came to understand that the estimated shipping charge was not the actual shipping charge. There is a big difference between 14.99 and 3.99. Something's wrong with your system; the estimated charge should more accurately reflect the actual one.
