It is hard to tell what shipping will cost. Tried to see what was available to make free shipping- no luck getting to a list. Then I could not get back once I put my credit info in- I could not add a book!
I have tried 3 times to use your coupons. You send emails suggesting I use a coupon. The way your email is written is suggestive of a good discount. The coupons are not as generous as your email suggests. And there is no obvious way to use even a little $3 coupon. So I end up aborting my order or ordering without the coupon.

I always seem to have a little trouble checking out - forgotten password or expired card... I guess it's all because i don't use Alibris all that often, so my info seems to get old or forgotten between my visits. Other than that though, my shopping experience is always great on your site.
