When I received confirmation email of my order it had my name with the shipping address although I had someone else's name there. Also the search window is too simplistic -- put in the information that could be title or author--sometimes too many finds.

All I wanted to do was buy a couple of books for my sister. After changing address after address billing address after billing address, it finally took my card. I will never buy another thing from you. I've never had a Second address, suddenly turned into a billing address and it wouldn't let me change it. I had to close the browser login again delete all my addresses and start all over and it still won't let me change it so I kept trying. About 40 minutes later. The order finally went through. Your billing system is crap. I've been ordering online for over 2o years. So hopefully it wasn't me. When you have two addresses in there you need to designate which one is the billing address before you get to check out. I was trying. One last time. Then it finally went through. Now I can't delete my sister as my billing address. What a crappy system you have set up. I was only here because I couldn't find it on Amazon which you should model year system on. It works wonderful very intuitive. You can call them if you have a problem and they fix it immediately I couldn't call you and I couldn't get it fixed immediately. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

The information about how long it would take to arrive wasn't available until the very last page. Not a huge fan of not knowing shipping times until the very end! It's a factor in whether I purchase from you/the seller or not. Makes me think twice about using Alibris going forward.
Some of the books I'm looking for are a little too pricey. Far better than Amazon, though. Their books are far too expensive, for the most part.
