Good. It appears I placed an order 12 days ago that was sent to an old address. My fault, but as I had not used alibris for some time, it would have been great if I could have been asked if my address was still the same (address changed 5 years ago).
I had a book in my cart and had to re-set my password. When I returned to Alibris, the book was gone and I couldn't find it again on the website.
I found this odd, as it seemed unlikely that someone had bought it in the minute it took me to reset my password).
It would be a good idea to leave customer's books in their shopping cart for at least 30 minutes.
Because I had one omission on my order, I had to begin again. Why not simply have me insert the missed data?
