$8 shipping for two books seem excessive. Also, the final "Submit" button shows an option that seems not to be optional. Reduced rating accordingly, to the lowest that doesn't raise even more barriers. Shoot yourselves in the foot much?
I wanted to purchase as a guest but the system claimed I had selected the "first time" option, which doesn't exist, then forced me to sign in with a password. This type of barrier drives customers away. Also, this page won't let me out without choosing followup, AND agreeing to having my comments published. Yet another barrier, fewer future customers.
What's this with the 'sing' -- are you making dealers pay to be part of this?
I'm confused about the shipping. What is consolidated shipping? I'm assuming it means my 2 books will be shipped together?
