Quick and easy book-finding and placing of order. I used Alibris for a number of years in the past - until finances no longer permitted. Now finances are back, and so am I.

I found a book I've needed for research purposes several years, and the price was very affordable.

Return in process of order #*******, which I thought, was going to be a two book set of Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn. Instead I received one book containing condensed versions of these masterpieces. I'm assuming order #******* will contain the complete texts.

It moved well, concerned if it's "used book" or condition

1) I wanted to make a purchase as a guest, but because I had a previous account I was forced to sign in that way. Didn't know my password so I had to reset my password.

2) When I got toward the end of checking out, an old shipping address was listed. I could not update it there. I had to leave the website, search it again, sign-in again, and then update my account.

3) Because I left the checkout to fix the shipping address, I had to re-enter my credit card information.

4) In order to send this feedback, I was forced to check the box allowing my feedback to be published publically. REMOVE THAT!

Credit card update procedure is super -- a joy to use.

With so many versions of War and Peace, it might have been hard to choose. The filters and descriptions were very helpful.

Easy but excessive shipping cost only revealed after you took my credit card info.

My favorite thing about this site, second only to the fact that I get to buy used books, is I can see where books are coming from which means I can choose the seller closest to me. It's a simple thing that makes me ridiculously happy.

Shopping was easier than I expected. My 1 issue is you charged me tax on shipping fees. In Pa you only pay tax on the purchase price.
