I'm very impressed by your safe and secure service to your customers

Your check out system lost the billing address, and in fact, defaulted it to the shipping address which would've been a problem, since this book is a gift. There doesn't seem to be a way to keep the data entered and then go back to shop for other items.

The "experience" is fine. Wish prices were lower but that's the way it is.

I searched for what I wanted, found it, paid for it, and voila!

You have enough copies of the book I wanted to buy a class set of, but I had to click through past the payment screen to the shipping screen to find out if I could get it in a short enough time and how much shipping costs. I know tht most people don't search for books with ISBN + "must arrive by this date" + "30 copies, please", but that's how I would have loved to frame my search today.

I love the selection and most of the pricing. Trying to figure out the shipping was confusing to me. I had to go back to your shipping page repeatedly and finally just forge ahead hoping that it would work out. It was a relief to see that my shipping calculated out at zero even though the cost was included all the way up to the review page.
