Your shopping cart could make it easier to keep tabs of our total if it included shipping costs, instead of me having to use a calculator to add in the shipping of each book. You don's see the combined balance until checkout. Also, it was hard for me to change my shipping address to a family member. Once I finally figured out how to add a shipping address, I had to reenter my credit card information. You could have made it easier to select a different address than my own.

I had a very difficult time finding how to pay and an even more difficault time verifying that you had the correct address for me. You should allow your customers the opportunity to verify such info.
