Quick to find the books I was looking for and great prices for used books
I found it difficult to update my shipping address. Changing it in my account settings did not carry it over into my checkout process. Changing it within the checkout process and reloading the page to get a revised shipping price didn't work either. Afraid of inadvertantly commiting to sending to the wrong address in another country, I didn't dare to continue the checkout process. I sought help and fortunately your agent assured me that continuing would implement the change. I shouldn't have need to do that. It seems that changing the address in my account should have worked immediately, yet it didn't, and caused me to spend a good deal of time on this. While I'm grateful your agent sorted it, the process should have been easier.
Many problems with your user interface, I need to dress and run errands now and do not have time to list all of the problems, and since I am 81 years old, I can't be sure of remembering all of the problems when I get around to writing a letter this afternoon. I'll do my best!
