I previously ordered a book through Alibris in July of this year and made full payment for that ordered book at the price and under the terms set out in the Alibris Website listing. Alibris, however, was uncooperative in requiring the listing bookseller, Wilmington Books, to comply with its book listing on Alibris's Website, and Alibris did so in despite evidence and proof that Wilmington Books retained possession of multiple copies of the ordered book and was still offering those individual copies for sale (albeit at a higher price than Wilmington Books had originally listed the book in that listing to which I had responded and to which offer I had accepted and paid for in full). Although my payment was fully refunded, Wilmington Books wilfully refused to fulfill the paid book order. I am unhappy that Alibris made no demonstrable effort to hold Wilmington Books accountable for compliance with and fulfillment of its book listing on the Alibris Website.

I mixed up shipping and billing addresses and was unable to edit or to order a gift book. It took several days to get customer service help via email and their advice didn't work, however I finally went through Paypal and was able to make the order work.
