Your shipping costs are tremendous. Addtionally, it is quite deceptive to indicate that "free" shipping will apply if you add additional items for purchase, and that is simply not the case. In fact, shipping costs increase regardless of how many additional items are added to the cart. How unfortunate that you are forfeiting larger purchases by consumers with this inaccuracy.
I was repeatedly unable to use Paypal as my payment method. The response was, "We're sorry, we're unable to find that page." Not a glittering experience.
