I almost always find the book or music I'm looking for on Alibris

This was a slick easy process to buy some books I wanted.

I wish I could give Alibris a better rating because I found some amazing books I didn't know existed. I was floored to add items to my cart since I had a $20 coupon for spending over $150. Imagine my surprise when I get to the order summary and the shipping alone is $51.39. I would prefer NOT having a $20 coupon, pay the $15.05 in taxes and get free shipping for my order of over $150 for a total of $167.05 vs. having a total of $197.44 WITH the $20 coupon applied after shipping and taxes. I'm heading over to other sites to check who can get me the best deal now.

Was very easy to find the cookbook, ordering and shipping.

A book was damaged before sending and it was immediately refunded, completely hassle-free.

The books I am looking for are available for a price I want to pay.

So far doing and placing my order was very streamlined and easy. I am so looking forward to receiving this book Finding Alaska: the Life and Art of Shannon Cartwright by Shannon Cartwright and Dashka Stater

The shipping options (including the free shipping on certain items) are very confusing and highly offputting. I go to other used book companies where they make it much simpler. I like Alibris, but I think that your company should really look into simplifying shipping for the customer. Also, don't these books qualify for Book Post? I would be willing to wait for these books if they are shipped using an inexpensive method. As it is, I have to split my orders between Alibris and other book companies that offer more competitive shipping.

Love being able to find a wide variety of books that are hard to find other places.

Exceeded my expectations. My shopping experience was a lot easier than with other book shops. And I couldn't be happier to have found my books on one website.

All good...my first Ebay purchase. Amazon wanted a ridiculous $42 for this same cd! I declined of course.

My cart emptied itself when I signed in and then when I went to fill it the copies I'd filled it with were gone, also did not expect shipping cost to almost match my total but I think it makes some sense

I couldn't find this book anywhere for less than 20-40 dollars. Because I wanted it as a gift for a friend out of country, this made purchasing and shipping it too expensive! I'm grateful to Alibris for hopefully helping me send a high quality product to a friend.
