It was VERY frustrating to figure out how to prevent the system from putting the shipping address for this order into the billing address. I don't recall ever having this problem before--has something changed?

An item was deleted from my cart while I was shopping, but it said that it would be held for 12 hours. I didn't close the session out or anything. I'm not sure why I lost the book, but now I can only find it on other sites and at a much higher price. I wouldn't have continued shopping if I had known the item could be taken by someone else at any moment.
I would have purchased another book, both paperback & small but shipping of nearly $10 was too much. Books don't cost much to ship. It's too bad. Had it been just $5 for both. Would have worked better.
